01 Introduction
Welcome to VA TechTrade. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform for purchasing and selling electronic products. By accessing our website, placing an order, or utilizing our technical services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
02 Products & Condition
All products listed on VA TechTrade are sold as new, refurbished, or used, as clearly specified in the individual listing descriptions.
- Grading System Policy Items are categorized according to our Grading System (Grade A–D or Parts). Please review the specific grade of an item before purchase.
- Visual Verification Buyers are responsible for reviewing all provided product descriptions and high-resolution photos before finalizing a purchase.
03 Orders & Payments
- Full Payment: No items will be dispatched until full payment has been successfully processed and cleared.
- Approved Methods: We accept payments through Revolut and bank transfers.
- Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not completed within the required timeframe or if a transaction is flagged as suspicious by our security systems.
04 Pricing
All prices are listed in Euro (€) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Notice on Errors: While we strive for absolute accuracy, obvious pricing errors are not binding. We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue full refunds in the event of a significant pricing discrepancy.
05 Shipping & Delivery
We ship across Ireland, the EU-27, EEA (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway), the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Ireland delivery is a flat €10; everywhere else in our coverage area is a flat €25, regardless of basket size. Every order over €200 ships free across all destinations. Items are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours; transit times vary by destination and selected courier.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from VA TechTrade pass to the buyer upon delivery of the item by the carrier to the specified address.
06 Returns
Returns are accepted in accordance with our full Returns Policy, typically providing a 14-day window from the date of receipt.
- Items must be returned in their original condition with all accessories included.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly described.
07 Warranty
Eligible refurbished products include a 1-year limited hardware warranty. For full details on coverage and claims, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
⚠️ VOID CONDITIONS
The warranty is immediately voided in cases of physical damage, liquid ingress, unauthorized tampering, or software modifications that negatively impact the hardware stability.
08 User Responsibilities
By using our services, you expressly agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt fraudulent chargebacks
- Misuse products or technical services
- Violate any EU consumer integrity laws
09 Limitation of Liability
VA TechTrade shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. We are not responsible for the misuse of products by the user. Our total liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the specific item in question.
10 Intellectual Property
All digital content, including brand logos, product listings, high-resolution photography, and website design components, is the exclusive property of VA TechTrade. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
11 Account Suspension & Order Refusal
We reserve the absolute right to cancel orders, refuse service to any individual, or suspend user access for those found to be in violation of these terms or suspected of engaging in harmful activities.
14 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and the European Union, including the Consumer Rights Directive and GDPR regulations.
