03 Refurbished & Used Grades
Our refurbished items are pre-owned devices that have been professionally inspected and tested. These grades primarily describe the **cosmetic condition** of the item.
What is Grade A?
Excellent condition — closest to new
- Fully tested and 100% functional
- Minimal to no signs of use
- No major scratches, dents, or marks
- Clean appearance
What is Grade B?
Good condition — best balance of price & quality
- Fully tested and fully functional
- Light signs of use (minor scratches or marks)
- No cracks or structural damage
What is Grade C?
Fair condition — lower price, visible wear
- Fully functional
- Noticeable wear (scratches, scuffs, marks)
- May have minor cosmetic imperfections
What is Grade D?
Poor / Heavy use — budget option
- Working but heavily used
- Significant cosmetic damage
- May have minor non-critical issues
What does For Parts / Not Working mean?
Ideal for repair or spare parts
- ✕ Not fully functional or non-working
- ✕ Sold as-is with no guarantee
- ✕ No returns unless mis-described
